You answer a short Business or Personal questionnaire (or upload artwork). We generate five concept previews you can compare. Concepts are illustrative artwork for ordering printed apparel — not a guarantee of trademark exclusivity or uniqueness.

Yes for standard concept generation in our mock/demo experience — no payment is required to browse concepts. Paid AI image generation stays off until we explicitly enable it. Checkout pricing is separate and shown before you pay.

Studio previews are watermarked and sized for on-screen review. They are not production masters. A print-ready (production) file is a higher-resolution private master used only after validation and customer approval. Mock/sandbox artwork is labeled NOT PRODUCTION READY and cannot authorize live fulfillment.

Watermarks protect artwork until you approve a design for an order. Production masters used for printing are never watermarked and are not publicly downloadable from the studio.

Approving a design locks the artwork revision, placement, and personalization fingerprint for that order line. Changes after approval require a new proof. Chest and sleeve placements may appear as preview-only controls and stay blocked for production until those locations are supported.

Until live commerce is enabled, checkouts run in mock or Shopify sandbox modes. Sandbox and mock payments do not charge a real card for production fulfillment. Live payments stay disabled until a separate owner unlock. Always read the checkout page labels for the current mode.

Contact support with your order number as soon as possible. Cancellation and refund options depend on payment status and whether fulfillment has started. We do not promise a fixed “cancel within one hour” window until a dedicated cancel/refund workflow and legal policy are approved. Draft Terms may differ from this FAQ until legal finalizes them.

We sell printed clothing and securely store artwork needed to print and reorder. Customer-facing pages show watermarked previews only. We do not offer unrestricted public downloads of private production masters. Optional download packages, if offered later, will be separately described and access-controlled.

Yes. Uploaded logos can be placed on supported print areas. You are responsible for having rights to any artwork or marks you upload.

When fulfillment is enabled, our production partner prints and ships. Printful confirmation and live fulfillment remain disabled until separately authorized. Tracking appears on your order status page when available.

Use Order recovery (/auth/recover) with your order ID and checkout email. A one-time link is emailed only when recovery email delivery is enabled and succeeds. If email delivery is not configured, the site will say so clearly — contact support with your order number instead.

Yes. Single items and multi-line carts are supported when catalog variants are available in the current commerce mode.

On hats and select items when offered. Busy designs may need simplification for embroidery, and you approve the version we can produce.

We cannot guarantee uniqueness or legal exclusivity of AI-generated artwork. Check trademark and IP needs with a qualified professional before commercial use of marks that are not already yours.
